Parks & Schools
The house is right across the street from Magnolia Elementary School, which makes the neighborhood extremely safe. It’s about a mile from USC. And there are several parks in the area, including the rose garden by the science center — which is a perfect scenic area for a picnic. A little further north is MacArthur Park, where you’ll find tons of street vendors, and Echo Park, where you can ride swans in the middle of the lake.
Groceries
There are lots of grocery stores nearby, including Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Smart & Final, Superior Groceries and more. There are also smaller panaderias and bodegas within walking distance of the house. Not to mention, a few places nearby host monthly farmers markets, some even give out free food!
Fitness
Enjoy bike paths on the streets around the house and secure gated bike parking in the front of the house. Looking for a great gym on a budget? Planet Fitness is a stone’s throw away. There are also other botique gyms where you can get membership, including Speakeasy Fitness, Empire Fitness, Orangetheory and more.
Pharmacies
There is a CVS conveniently in walking distance from the house. There is also a RiteAid and several other pharmacies nearby.
