Located in the heart of Los Angeles, you'll have easy access to Downtown LA, Echo Park, Silverlake, Hollywood, and more.
The house is about a mile from USC — meaning about an 8 minute drive, 10 minute cycle, 15 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk. It's also about a mile from the Los Angeles Convention Center.
You'll have easy access to freeways (the 10, 110, 101, 2), several bus stops, and gas stations. Hoping to soak up some sun at the beach? It's only a 20 minute drive to Santa Monica, or you can take the E Line train there!
Not to mention, you'll be close to some of the best Mexican and Salvadorian food of your life (El Cholo, La Pupusa Urban Eatery, etc.). There are plenty of trendy coffee shops (Alibi Coffee, Nature's Brew, etc.) and eateries / bars (i.e. Bacari, Study Hall, etc.) nearby as well.
Every Sunday we host free community events so residents can have fun and get to know each other. All utilities are included in the rent — as well as a bed (with a memory foam topper), a desk and an ergonomic chair. Come make new friends and enjoy the best of LA living!

Meet the Property Managers
April and Daniel have known each other since 2008. Los Angeles natives, they are both musicians and artists passionate about social justice and building community. April is the landlord and handles all administrative duties for the Magnolia House. Daniel is handy AF and takes care of any repair type work for the house.

After graduating undergrad, I cycled 3200 miles across the country from the Pacific Ocean in San Diego, CA to the Atlantic Ocean in St. Augustine, FL.
